Ryan & Laura

I knew even before Ryan & Laura’s “big day” that I was going to have a great days craic. I sure wasn’t disappointed. The wedding was on the saturday at Belle Isle Castle, Co. Fermanagh but Ryan & Laura had a number of their guests at the castle the night before for a BBQ/party! What a brilliant idea!

I had great fun with Laura and her bridesmaids during the morning. Laura didn’t disappoint with “shock factors” as you will see later in the post. The hospitality I received all day was fantastic (see below for evidence!!).

Laura’s sister Claire (Hair at Hobs, Dungannon) did a fantastic job with the girls hair.

So, Ryan & Laura, thank you both very much for a great day!

You see, the hospitality was great! Laura’s mum and a couple of other ladies cooked an amazing fry while everyone was getting ready!

Laura decided to add a bit of the shock entertainment to the morning by cutting the straps of her dress about 20 minutes before the ceremony. Luckily her mum was a dab hand with the needle and thread!

To add to an already fun filled day, Ryan & Laura had hired a caricature artist for the day!

I asked for some “attitude” and I got it!

Sorry!

I want to take this opportunity to apologise for the distinct lack of blog posts over the past while.

Thankfully, I have been really busy, and as a result I have neglected my blog.

Following a constructive criticism from a good friend earlier in the week I have decided to make a concerted effort to get my blog up to date.  I am tempted to hold off as I am in the process of designing my new website which will hopefully be launched in the next month.

To that end, if you have any suggestions of how I could make my existing website better, or what you would like to see in a photography website, then please send me an email (or comment on this post) to info@geofftelfordphotography.co.uk

So, over the next week or so, keep an eye out for the following blog posts:

  • Murphy family studio shoot – three fun filled little girls!
  • Mawhinney family shoot – cool Tom and cute Ella with mummy and daddy
  • Reilly family shoot – little 1 year old James with mummy and daddy
  • Puma & Jenna’s wedding @ Brownlow House, Lurgan
  • Ryan & Laura’s wedding @ Belle Isle Castle, Co. Fermanagh
  • Gareth & Amy’s wedding @ Palace Stables, Armagh & Killyhevlin Hotel, Enniskillen

My goodness!  I think I will be busy! I really appreciate you taking the time to visit my website.

If you know of anyone who has recently got engaged, has just had a baby or just wants their picture taken, please pass on my details.  I would really appreciate it.

In the meantime, sit back and enjoy the blog posts to come!

Thanks
Geoff
